Now we are up to date!

So. I am currently 34 weeks and 3 days. We have got almost everything we need for the babies minus one bassinet and two cribs. I only have one bouncer seat but hopefully soon I can go buy another one. I'm not on any kind of bedrest. However I am not allowed to walk around in the stores. I have to use the little motorized carts. YAY how exciting!! lol It's not as bad as I thought though. At my 32 week ultrasound in Jan 27th Yesenia was found to have low AF. I was ordered to have an immediate NST, which all was fine with. And now I have Nst's twice a week, Tues & Fri. and an ultrasound every Tuesday. We had an ultrasound this past Tueday on the 3rd and her levels haven't came up but they haven't gone down either so it's not good but it's not bad either. I have another NST and ultrasound coming up on Tuesday along with a regular OB check, which I hope they schedule my c-section then. I don't want a section but with Yesenia breech and low fluid I really doubt she will turn and the ultrasound tech said that the possability was very slim. =[ Makes me sad I had my hopes up for a vaginal delivery. I guess time will tell. Who knows? Maybe she will turn around. Maybe she has already. She was moving around alot the other day which literally brought me to tears because it hurt. So hopefully that is what she was doing. Gosh I wish!! So until next time.... I will keep everyone updated from here on out. There isn't too long now until they are here. I'm hoping the first week in March. Then 4 out of my 5 children wont share a birthday month =] I guess we'll wait and see.

32 Week Ultrasound

So far so good. I've been cranky and irritable. But who wouldn't when your 32 weeks measuring 42? I've never measure 42 week even with my singletons. lol

28 Week ultrasound

So our 28 weeks ultrasound was exciting we got a bunch of more pics and even a pic of their heads together =] They are growing at very steady rates and keeping up with each other. They are however just a tad bit bigger than a singleton right now which is very good. I am very excited. I had my Glucose test done and my level was fine, which I am very happy about!! Only problem is I have low iron. And I am even on iron pills. We'll see how things go.

Between all the ultrasounds....

So between all of the ultrasounds that I had to have everything was going great. I was tired a lot but that's normal I guess. All the tests that were done on the babies and myself had all been perfect. I am so blessed to have two healthy babies growing inside of my body =]

Our 24 week ultrasound

So our 24 week ultrasound didn't come fast enough =] It was horrible not knowing what Baby A was!! Thank God SHE showed us this time =]

My 20 week Ultrasound

So I went in at 20 weeks for another ultrasound. Both babies were doing great. Baby A wasn't feeling photogenic I guess. and the tech didn't even give us pics =[ So baby A's gender will remain a secret for now. Baby B however is A BOY

Ultrasound @ 13 weeks

So I had my next ultrasound on Sept 16.08. Both Babies had grown so much in only so little time. I was 13 weeks a day shy of 14. We Could have seen the sexes but they were both turned around backwards. We got to see two little cracks instead =] This was the Nuchal Translucency. And everything came back very normal. I am so happy about that.

Our BFP 7-17-08

So, I had Lalo buy me an EPT on the 17th of July because my birthday coming up and we wanted to go to a restaurant. Of course I would have had a few drinks as i normally would. This was a week before i was "due". Sure enough it was a BFP. But the next day it faded away, yeah good EPT, Lalo bought another one that day i took it the next morning and its still positive to this day =]. So I went in for my appt and told my doc i had a BFP and he was shocked. SO he sent me for my HCG levels and at 4 weeks it was 904. wow!! He said I'll do an ultrasound at your next appt. Next Appt came no ultrasound. He just wanted me to go for more levels. So i decided to call another Dr. Went in and had a scan done at 10 weeks. The Dr was like "there's the baby and there's the heartbeat". I said "Oh my God, is that another one?" She said "I am not sure" And with a little more looking she said "Yep, there's baby B's heartbeat too". I just laughed and cried and kept repeating myself saying "oh my God". That was the best feeling ever. I was Ecstatic to see the first baby on there and I cried like any normal mother would. But, when I seen a second one. WOW!!! So, Lalo wasn't in the ultrasound room with me. He had taken the other 3 out to the waiting room because they were starting to get annoyed about being there with nothing to do, which is understandable. So when I came out crying he thought something was wrong. He said "whats wrong" and I just handed him the ultrasound picture. He said "What does this mean?" and I showed him the twin pregnancy verification paper and I thought he was going to hit the floor. He said "are you serious?" I said "the picture dont lie". And so I went on to tell the kids. Alexandra being 2yrs 4months wasn't able to comprehend at the time what two babies were. But Esperanza (6) & Cristian(4) were both very able to comprehend two babies and Esper's face lit up like Christmas morning. Cristian was just all giggly. lol. So, we get out to the car and leave the doctors. Lalo was on the phone to his family in Mexico before we got to the highway. They knew before my family did and my family was 20 minutes up the road. My family had been texting me for the whole appt to see if I had an ultrasound and to see if it was twins or not. I just told my mom that I'd talk to her when I got there. So that scared her and she called me. I just busted out crying and told her that there we two babies in there and in turn she busted out crying and laughing. And through all this she was in the middle of Kmart lol. All of my family was so excited that we would be having the first twins in the immediate family soon. The doc gave me an EDD of 3/20/09 as per the ultrasound and my LMP. It is the greatest feeling in the world to see your baby for the first time on ultrasound. I cried with all 3 of the older ones. But to see two of your babies on that screen is just wow. Nothing else can describe it. I knew it was twins. I had a gut instinct. I told Lalo since I found out I was pregnant that I knew it was twins. We even joked about it on the way to the doctors. How ironic right?

Here is our first ultrasound and you can very well tell its twins =] this was 10 weeks
